Wow time flys

Sorry guys, super late on this one! Progress so far, Clutch is in, TX10 and the Dana 300 are in with the new snap ring installed. An axle truss has been fabbed up for the front dana 44 to hold the upper link mount. The rear axle has been reinstalled with the Ford Ranger leafs. As for new parts, I now have sliders from trail gear, Bilstein shocks, 14" for the front, 12" for the rear. Picked up a Toyota drop pitman arm and reamed it out to fit the 1ton TRE's. Tires were ordered today, should be ready for pickup tomorrow. I am going to be running Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's with Kevlar, 35"x12.5"xR15. Steven from Rugged Rocks emailed me today and said the H233B gears are ready to ship! Very excited for those to arrive. Been keeping busy, plugging along trying to make some progress.

IFS out, Transmission out, T-case out, Dana 300 Rebuilt

Been super busy over the last couple weeks. As of right now the truck no longer has any IFS brackets left in it. The transmission and transfer case is completely out and the clutch is scheduled to be replaced tomorrow. Finished rebuilding the dana 300 with the jb conversion 32 spline HD front and rear outputs with 1350 yokes. In the process of rebuilding the TX-10, but bent a retaining ring while disassembling the case, so waiting on that currently. but still managed to press on the bearing for the adapter shaft.

Johnny Joints and H233B Bearings

Picked up the Johnny Joints and Nissan H233B bearings on Saturday morning. These Johnny Joints are HUGE! I don't think I will be breaking these anytime soon. Pleasantly surprised that they came assembled too.

Suspension No More!

Big week this week. Found a home in the shop for the truck, and started chopping out the suspension. I first took out the rear axle and leaf springs. Next was the IFS. Still have to cut off all of the old brackets and then grind the frame smooth.

More Parts!

Picked up my ARB compressor and the rest of the brackets for the front and rear suspension.

Sorry for the major delay for posting information. I have been super busy with the holidays and finishing up last semester, but now its a new semester and things are looking up! So update time. ARB is completely installed in the Dana 44 and ready to go. The Dana 300 had a crack in it, so I turfed the case and found another one locally for cheap. The new Dana 300 is half done being rebuilt, it just needs the front output to be machined to accept the JB Conversions HD front output kit. All the brackets and tabs have been ordered and are en route and should be ready to pick up tomorrow. I am picking up DOM this week for the links. The new Nissan H233B 5.143 Ring and Pinon as well as Johnny Joints and Bungs are currently being ordered through Rugged Rocks.
